The journal offers thorough blind peer review.

Objectives and Coverage

Social Science Review accepts submissions from across the globe and is committed to publishing basic or applied research-based articles from the fields of social sciences and allied disciplines. The fundamental objective of the Social Science Review is to promote rigorous research on new advances in the fields of social sciences and related disciplines. Social Science Review is published bi-annually and covers diversified topics.

Peer Review Process

Following well-crafted rules and guidelines, the Managing Editor in collaboration with the Editorial Assistant determines whether the manuscript fits the journal’s focus and scope. Plagiarism test for every manuscript is carried out using the Turn-it-in software to determine the Similarity Index of submissions. Any manuscript that exceeds the journal’s stipulated benchmark of 30%, is regarded as plagiarized (including self-plagiarism) and is therefore rejected. The journal uses the single-blind system for peer review; the reviewers who are neither affiliated with the journal’s host institution nor known to the authors autonomously provide a detailed Reviewer’s Report on the manuscripts.
